Phoebe Fearing is the founder of ECWC Accounting LLC and brings a decade of accounting experience along with fifteen plus years of business operations experience.

​

Her background includes three years with a CPA firm, five years with a financial services company, and several years operating her own accounting practice. Working with a wide range of business entities and industries has given her a practical understanding of how organizations operate beyond the numbers.

Phoebe specializes in financial reporting, QuickBooks Online setup and cleanup, bookkeeping, accounting system organization, and controller-level accounting support. She is particularly skilled at untangling complex bookkeeping issues, improving accounting workflows, and creating organized financial systems that help business owners make informed decisions.

Her experience spans a variety of industries and entity types, including professional services, commercial & residential real estate, retail, hospitality, and creative businesses. Phoebe focuses on delivering accurate work, clear communication, and dependable service while helping clients improve financial visibility and maintain organized accounting systems.

As the principal of ECWC Accounting, Phoebe works directly with clients to help them stay organized, meet deadlines, maintain compliance, and prepare for tax season with confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• Enrolled Agent Candidate

• QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor (Levels 1 & 2)

• Intuit Trained Bookkeeper

• Intuit Tax Level 1

• 3+ year of Yardi experience

• 10+ years of accounting experience

• 15+ years of business operations experience

• Former California Real Estate Licensee

• Property management, CAM reconciliation, commercial leasing, and business brokerage experience
