Principal & lead ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Phoebe Fearing is the founder of ECWC Accounting LLC and brings a decade of accounting experience along with fifteen plus years of business operations experience.

Her background includes three years with a CPA firm, five years with a financial services company, and several years operating her own accounting practice. Working with a wide range of business entities and industries has given her a practical understanding of how organizations operate beyond the numbers.

Phoebe specializes in financial reporting, QuickBooks Online setup and cleanup, bookkeeping, accounting system organization, and controller-level accounting support. She is particularly skilled at untangling complex bookkeeping issues, improving accounting workflows, and creating organized financial systems that help business owners make informed decisions.

Her experience spans a variety of industries and entity types, including professional services, commercial & residential real estate, retail, hospitality, and creative businesses. Phoebe focuses on delivering accurate work, clear communication, and dependable service while helping clients improve financial visibility and maintain organized accounting systems.

As the principal of ECWC Accounting, Phoebe works directly with clients to help them stay organized, meet deadlines, maintain compliance, and prepare for tax season with confidence.

Emily brings a unique combination of financial expertise, relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping clients succeed to East Coast West Coast Accounting.

Emily and Phoebe go way back—all the way to Beaumont Middle School, where they first met! Years later, they also became sisters-in-law when Phoebe married Emily's brother. Today, they have the pleasure of working together at the firm.

Emily leads business development while also managing a portfolio of client accounts. Working closely with Phoebe, she helps deliver clear, accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, or as-needed basis.

A natural social butterfly, Emily particularly enjoys building relationships, connecting with new clients, and helping businesses find the accounting support they need.
